"The location is perfect, in the beautiful Rome Norte area, within walking distance of a variety of great bars and restaurants. The facilities are a little basic, but it does exactly what you'd hope for a short stay in the city."

The staff was very friendly at all times, except for one occasion with a young woman who answered my room service call. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. "We originally booked 2 rooms for 2 couples and got upgraded for free to a 2 bedroom 3 bathrooms suite which was right on the beach. The view was amazing, the flat was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a quieter zone but only 5 mins away from the busier area where there are shops and bars. The hotel also provided entertainment for the guests. Staff were really nice."
