"Had a loft room which was spacious on 2 levels and had everything you needed. Very quirky and well decorated. the lifts worked well and the hotel location is very central with easy transport links."
"Reception only has one check-in desk and if there is other guests checking -in or making enquiries you can be waiting for a while. Although staff are very helpful and informative. The bar (W Lounge) is at other part of hotel and a rooftop but services was at times poor and felt as if needed refurbishment, definitely not 5 star standard."

They upgraded our room and gave us complimentary bottle of bubbles, cake (which was sooo good) and drinks at the hotel bar. And decorated our room with balloons and flowers. The spa was divine and room service was fast. Overall, we had an incredible night thanks to the great facilities and wonderful staff."
