"Comodidad del lugar y cuarto es muy buena, hay higiene e implementos para el aseo personal. El hotel siempre está en silencio, lo que brinda paz. El personal es muy amable y atento. La zona es segura para caminar."

"Todo muy bien, muy buena experiencia,solo algunos detalles mínimos como el control del televisor que no estaba bien programado y no teníamos el control del aire acondicionado, aunque no requerimos este último ya que la temperatura del lugar es adecuada."

"Inkaterra hotels are truly one of the best in Peru, and such a delight. We felt so taken care of throughout our short stay. They help with the luggage and meet you personally at the train station at the arrival and same for the departure. Hot tubs really helped to relax after the day of trip. Territory of the hotel is enormous and absolutely gorgeous. They have gardens, tea plantations, orchids and hummingbirds flying around. Stuff is incredibly attentive and helpful. And food in the restaurant is a delight. I am also very happy that we chose to stay the night here before going to Machu Piccu.
