"Good downtown location. Comfortable and silent rooms. Good views. Clean. Helpful and amiable staff. The kitchen had some ups, such as the "sudado de pescado"."

"The hot water took a while to heat up and even so, it was not what I would call hot water, but lukewarm. The manager said he would look into it, but it didn't improve. Pricey for a tariff without breakfast. The Wi-Fi was unstable, and the connection didn't work when I needed it most."

"El departamenro cuenta con lo necesario para la estadía, muy comodo, muy limpio, buena presion de agua. Baños amplios y limpios. Muy buena disposicion de los anfitriones. No es primera vez que me quedo ahí y las condiciones del departamento siguen muy buenas. La ubicacion muy buena, sector tranquilo y seguro. "WOW this hotel blew us away. The new refurbishments were so beautiful, the designs were elegant and unique and the food was phenomenal. The healthy and delicious menu was the exact thing we were looking for before the huayhuash trek (still dreaming of the buddha bowl). What really set this property aside was the staff. We loved meeting and chatting to the team, they were really informative about the huayhuash trek as they had actually been guides in the past- this was so helpful for us and reassuring. This property is the perfect place to stay before or after any hiking/ trekking in Huaraz/ the Cordillera Blanca- I can't reccomend enough!"

"This is a great hotel, located right by where you disembark the train after coming from Cusco. The staff are friendly and attentive, the breakfasts are great and the room we had was reasonably spacious with a view of the river right next to the hotel. You can easily walk into Machu Picchu Pueblo from here, and the bus station for Machu Picchu is literally a two minute walk away."
