"Стаята беше много добра(в един от гардеробите дори имаше комплект конци и копчета и игла, ако ти трябва да зашиеш копче на някоя риза по спешност :) ). Хареса ми закуската в хотела, както и това, че хотелът е изключително близо до гарата."

"Не мисля, че парното нагряваше много силно, завъртяно на максимална степен, но поне има дебели юргани."

"Отлично местоположение. Само на 10 минути пеш от централната ЖП гара. Лесно придвижване от и до летището. Старият град е на около 5 минути. Учтив и отзивчив персонал. Много добра закуска."

"Чудесен хотел. Удобно място. Чистота и комфорт! Близо до стария град. Близо до центъра. 5-6 минути пеша от Главната гара на Краков. Богата, вкусна, качествена храна на закуска. От гарата има директен бърз влак за летището - 17 км за 17 минути!"

"The location was superb, close to train station and main square of old Town. Easy to find. Lots around area: shops cafés, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, delicious food and the breakfast room staff were really friendly and welcoming. Room clean and windows opened fully! Nice view, great noise reduction from glazing. We would come back when next in Krakow."

"Reception staff not welcoming. Barely looked up and never said hello or bye even when you did. Rooms are tired and need some updating. Pillows are awful. Did get extra pillow but like sleeping on cottonwool. No tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast room needs some background music or the news on the TV to soften the stark silence."

"Lovely Hotel in the Heart of Krakow I had a great stay at this hotel during my visit to Krakow. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town and nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing. The staff was helpful and courteous, always willing to assist with any questions. Breakfast offered a nice selection to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Krakow!"
