"Due to another group booking received a free upgrade to an entire private bungalow. Staff and service was professional and friendly throughout. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean (cleaning staff deserve a bonus!), and beds comfortable. Included riding tour was a pleasant surprise and really enjoyable, highly recommended. The whole setup as a non-profit for the benefit of the community is commendable. I strongly recommend staying here!"

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

Cold house in general! The room does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room was cold and the air conditioning was not working. There were no basic amenities provided (not to mention a toothbrush or other hygiene items). There was no bathrobe or slippers to use when going to the spa. The spa area was cold. The sauna was only turned on when we arrived at the spa area. The shower was damaged. The minibar/fridge was empty. There was no water or glasses in the room. The wardrobe and clothes hangers were of poor quality.

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."

The beach for swimming could be better.

"Everything was amazing! The owners take great pride in their new property and hospitality. We felt super welcomed and honestly spoilt! The room was beautiful with proper linens, thick towels and a hot shower!! The food was delicious - we tried pretty much everything in the menu. Great variety and portions. Lovely place to hang and relax by the pool or take a kayak to the nearby village and mangroves. This was our favourite stay on a 6 week trip and recommend to anyone staying in the area!! All the best to these wonderful hosts!! Xo"

"Mr. Emad and his team is very polite and respectful & efficient also when I reached there the room was not ready at the check-in time but he arrange and ready the room with in half hour."

Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.
