"The pool, the refrigerator in de room, the ac was cool, close to some stores."

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(

"Late check-in was easy and quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were good and hotel is next to water park and Pasir Ris park, which is great for outdoor activities."

W pokoju dwuosobowym byla jedna butelka wody, jeden recznik , jedna koldra.Ale bylismy tylko jedna noc , dlatego nie bylo to az tak uciazliwe, podejrzewam pomylke przy zameldowaniu

"Very good location. They have a restaurant so you are covered for food (which is not necessarily easy to find in the island). Very nice diving and very good diving instructor (Amy). Beautiful sunrise in the company of cute property dogs."

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

i was a bit disappointed for the all inclusive plus there was not much to choose from and every day almost the same items and some of the items unfortunately they weren’t fresh

"L’emplacement et les équipements du logement ainsi que du centre Pierre et Vacances. La terrasse bec vue sur le parc et la mer! L’hôte a été compréhensive et arrangeante avec nous pour s’adapter à nos horaires d’avion."

Le seul bémol réside dans l’humidité ambiante dans l’appartement, mais l’hôte a mis à disposition un déshumidificateur efficace et la climatisation pour diminuer les effets.

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

"Много добро местоположение. Лесен и бърз достъп до различни ски зони. Добре оборудвани кухни с възможност за готвене. Магазин за хранителни стоки на близо."

Нямам негативни впечатления. Мястото отговаряше напълно на очакванията ни. Чисто, подредено и с любезни и гостоприемни домакини. леко затруднение имаше само с паркирането, когато къщата се напълни с гости, но решение се намери без да се създава неудобство.

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

"The location of the apartments is remarkably close to the beach. There is a sandy beach which was quite crowded. There are rocky beaches where you are practically alone on the beach, but we recommend good water shoes as the rocks are quite rough. We liked the big balcony and plenty of space in the apartment."

The apartments could do with a little renovation as they are already very outdated for this price. In our kitchen the counter had some water damaged and in the bathroom, there was water dripping.

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

Пиша отзива си след като завърших пътуването си и след това бяхме в 5***** хотел. Вие сте светлинни години напред в обслужването и детайлите, в сравнение с пет звездният хотел от друга верига. Следващият път ще бъдем ваши гости за по-дълго време!"

- хубаво би било водата да бъде включена във всички варианти на изхранването. - помислете за вариант за включени напитки в half board изхранване.

"I had the most wonderful stay! The island was so incredibly picturesque, my chalet dreamy, the food phenomenal and Annarine and Rodney were absolutely gems! I felt so very safe and well minded. The wifi in the restaurant was top notch. Will definitely be back again soon! 🩷"

I liked everything, the only recommendation is more variety of food for breakfast. 4 days in a raw all dishes for breakfast were the same.
