"The area has plenty of activities from 0-99 years old. Good restaurants, nice architecture, at the hotel you can find games, golf, amazing view point, spa, good food, hiking, sport arena, very diverse and full breakfast ( happy to make my own american waffles 😁). The staff makes 50% of the experience here ☺️"

"Excellent staff. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choices and slot times to avoid crowding. First slot time was reasonably early. Very quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Super friendly staff at the front desk and at the breakfast. Very relaxing spa with nice facilities in the basement everything from facials and massages to saunas and different small pools. Free parking was really easy as well."
"The rooms could have been cleaner and better maintained. This is a newly renovated, quiet luxury hotel so I expected more. Upon checking in I discovered a lot of dust and dirt in the room such as in the windowsills and window seat and on the baseboards, broken lampshades on the bed stands and broken enhancement mirror in the bathroom. At check-in I was upgraded to a superiour room in a luxury hotel I expected more attention to detail from the cleaning /housekeeping staff. Also the bed stands were sticky, I wiped my side off with a wet napkin and then I discovered some guest before me smashed a glass with something sticky in it and I found small glass shards on the bed stand and on the floor and a sticky substance on the floor next to the bed."
"Amazing spa and breakfast! Great location with a lot of outdoor activities! The hotel is on a hill with a gorgeous view of the city. There was a lot of options for entertainment too, such as table tennis, fussball, shuffle board, boardgames etc. We got an unexpected upgrade on our room which was amazing, the room was very big and had a view of the ski pists, modern bathroom and a coffee/tea station. A big parking lot in front of the hotel."
