"Бяхме в стая 202 - уникална пещерна стая, със скромните размери от 100кв.м. ;-) Стаята има собствена тераса от която се открива гледка към цяло Гьореме и балоните. Много добро местоположение,има собствен паркинг. Много любезно обслужване, осигуриха ни всички турове и атракциони, които поискахме. Закуската е разнообразна и в огромни количества."

"Excellent, attentive staff. Fantastic hospitality. Very generous breakfast. Fireplace in the room was a nice touch. The staff at the hotel were great at communicating before and during the stay."

"We could have done with some glasses in the room. Spa room was nice but the spa tub is difficult to fill."

"Hotel located at the center of city that is close to everywhere you can walk.friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is two different terrace that you can watch the city view and hot air balloons."

"The hotel was so beautiful and in a great location with access to shops and restaurants. The cave rooms are very clean, cosy, and have great facilities. Our king bed was comfortable. The breakfast is well worth adding in as it's a King's feast and delicious! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Would stay there again."

"Everything was perfect. The room 202 is the biggest and had amazing facilities, gorgeous bathroom and private balcony to watch the balloons. The staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast was great. The hotel has no restaurant, but there are plenty around. If you rent a car, the hotel has the only private parking in the center of Göreme (this is a very plus)."

"The staff here are amazing nothing is too hard. They go above and beyond to help you. We booked all our activities with reception as they only partner with trusted insured providers. The breakfast was amazing and location is second to none. The terrace to watch hot air balloons amazing. Just book!"

We could see with how much care small renovations and repairs are being done to make sure everything is in perfect condition. Grounds are very beautiful, and very well kept as well. The level of service is excellent — even during the low season, when occupancy was lower, the staff remained attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay most enjoyable. We would absolutely love to return in the summer, when all facilities and activities are fully open."

"The hotel is located right in the city center, next to a tram stop and the Marmaray line. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the ferry terminal, with ferries departing for the Asian side of Istanbul. The rooms are small but comfortable, cozy, and very clean. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to help. Thanks to their transportation tips, I saved a lot of money traveling around the city. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, but there are plenty of amazing restaurants nearby."

"We booked a room for six nights here and it was a good decision, just as we wanted: quiet but close to the beach. We could checked-in late in the evening. The stuff are friendly and pet-friendly too. We loved to stroke cats and dogs who live in the hotel. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. There is a good swimming pool that is open from 8 am to 8 pm. We had a big balcony with a view to the monutains. There is a bus station near to the hotel."
