"Местоположение на хотела е на много добро растояние от стария град на 10 минути пеша . Стаята беше чиста има малка кухня със всичко необходимо за престоя на двама човека. Кухнята разполага с кафе машина микровълнова и котлони за готвене."

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

"It’s away from the tourist sites but literally a 9 min walk from the airport and we really didn’t notice the planes at all. Really big, comfortable room, great housekeeping, wonderful breakfast. Lovely pool and well equipped gym. Well priced car hire on site too."

We booked half board but it wasn’t clear that that didn’t include the evening buffet. This often meant we had to eat outside (it was cold) or in the bar (which is smoking) when the buffet was on. That being said, the food on the half board menu was amazing

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

"We stayed in a club room which gave us access to the Club Lounge. The lounge was excellent great food all day and the staff were exceptional. When you consider we were trapped in the Hotel because of the war we could not have been in a better place. Everyone was caring and so helpful. Wonderful Hotel made so by the staff"

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

"Всичко ни харесва в хотела! Всеки път, когато минаваме през Любляна, отсядаме само в този хотел. Перфектна локация - на 2 минути пеша от всички магазини и ресторанти, чисти и големи стаи, прекрасен персонал и менидмънт, чудесна закуска! Разполага с подземен паркинг, което е голямо удобство. Сега ни бяха оставили кочплимент - два сладкиша, със саморъчно написана картичка, с която ни приветстваха, че отново сме тяхни гости. Миналата година бяхме три семейства, сега отседнахме шест семейства :)"

Не ми харесва, че като кажа, че хотелът е супер и следващия път може да няма места ;) Сега сериозно - няма нещо, което да не ни харесва!

"Lovely spot. Pool and beach fabulous. Our beachfront room was great, comfy beds and room had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, lots of laughs and great service. Restaurant meals and breakfasts were delicious. Spa massage was simply divine! We loved our stay thank you 🤩"

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

Не ми хареса, че не можеше да се доплати за вечеря, а първоначално пишеше, че е възможно. Шезлонгите се плащат на плажа.

"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"Ibis is many times so and so in Europe, but this one was a positive surprise! The very friendly staff and kitchen made a late dinner even we arrived at the closing time of the restaurant! Rooms 'Ibistiny' but clean and good beds!"

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.
