A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

"Да започна с посрещането. Понеже пристигнах след 23.00 на рецепцията ми се извиниха че съм пропуснал вечерята и ми дадоха ваучер за безплататен снакс (пица) за удобно за мен време. Стаите са големи, чисти и снабдени с всичко необходимо. Има 2 безплатни паркинга за тези които пътуват с коли. Ресторантът е впечетляващ - вкусотии от най-високо ниво, които много рядко се повтаряха. За Коледа във фоайето се сервираше греяно вино и шампанско. Имаше музика на живо, която допълнително допринасяше за коледното настроение. Персоналът е супер любезен. Хотелът е в непосредствена близост до фериботния терминал за остров Гозо. Горещо препоръчвам."

I liked everything, the only recommendation is more variety of food for breakfast. 4 days in a raw all dishes for breakfast were the same.

Too big. Very noisy at breakfast. Only Asian breakfast options. Expensive restaurants. Don’t go to Thai restaurant in hotel. Really bad taste and nothing to do with Thai style

"I love this family friendly vibe! There is a pool for kids, adults with swim up bar and another quieter relax pool for adults only. The shows were good- the circus show and the fire show were my favorites. Everyone from the front desk to servers to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, you have a choice in the evening between the buffet and restaurants."

It took us a few days to figure out what was happening at the resort as our Spanish was so limited.

You use the resort shuttle to get around, but it’s easy and well organised. All-inclusive was genuinely excellent, especially the cocktails. We tried two restaurants and the steak restaurant (The Deck) was a standout. Staff were exceptional: warm, relaxed and genuinely helpful. They also did a thoughtful birthday touch which felt personal. A small but adorable detail: they have cute little sunbeds for kids on the beach."

Not a dislike, but good to know - because it’s built on a hill, you’ll use the resort shuttle frequently, but it’s part of what creates the privacy and views.

"The apartments are located in a beautiful area, offering a peaceful atmosphere and views of the greenery surrounding the entire valley. The apartments are clean and functional, with internet access at satisfactory speed. This is a good choice for a relaxing stay. Nearby the SPA, there are a few walking trails, and for those seeking more, Velika planina is close by. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating."

The pools are modest compared to other spa resorts, but a new complex is currently under construction.

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

The food was somewhat repetitive and sometimes bland.

Swimming,impossible, as almost everywhere on the island the water is too shallow and sea urchins.

I couldn't control the temperature of the room. I think the AC wasn't working properly I was a bit hot while sleeping even though the AC was on 16 degrees. Probably because the heaters were on.

"Това е най-доброто място на което сме ходили. Идеално за семейства с деца. Ние бяхме в периода 13.12.25-16.12.25 г. Всичко е помислено в хотела, стаите са просторни и чисти. Аквапарка е перфектен с отделна детска част. Изкарахме си чудесно и наистина си починахме. Храната беше вкусна, а отношението и професионализма на персонала на най-високо ниво."

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"Staff is amazing, the kindest people we’ve met in Ulcinj over the last 10 years. Everything is super clean, location is perfect, the breakfast is nice. Overall, a great experience for a family with a toddler!"

Nothing to dislike

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.

"We liked the city/village where the hotel was in. We liked the pool and the fact that we had it for ourselves. the breakfast was great, staff was really nice."

"Great pools, no rush to grab a lounger in the morning, comfy bed, good shower, excellent location right in the middle of The Gap. The crazy golf course was superb! Gardens were large and well kept."

Bar was expensive so no-one really used it. Pure Ocean restaurant was just ok. Apartment was a bit tired in places. Felt it was expensive for what it was but worth paying the extra for pool/garden view.

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

"리노베이션 한 곳에 숙박했는데 방2 화1,화+욕실1 4인기준 방이였는데 생각보다 ... 씻는곳이 한군데라 불편했어요 .. 다음에는 욕실 2개 짜리로 이용해야겠어요"
