室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

Нямам негативни впечатления. Мястото отговаряше напълно на очакванията ни. Чисто, подредено и с любезни и гостоприемни домакини. леко затруднение имаше само с паркирането, когато къщата се напълни с гости, но решение се намери без да се създава неудобство.

"I had the most wonderful stay! The island was so incredibly picturesque, my chalet dreamy, the food phenomenal and Annarine and Rodney were absolutely gems! I felt so very safe and well minded. The wifi in the restaurant was top notch. Will definitely be back again soon! 🩷"

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña

"The best staff ever! Excellent service with very friendly staff and waiters."

Cold house in general! The room does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room was cold and the air conditioning was not working. There were no basic amenities provided (not to mention a toothbrush or other hygiene items). There was no bathrobe or slippers to use when going to the spa. The spa area was cold. The sauna was only turned on when we arrived at the spa area. The shower was damaged. The minibar/fridge was empty. There was no water or glasses in the room. The wardrobe and clothes hangers were of poor quality.

"Friendly attentive staff, excellent environment and atmosphere, great food, great beach and pool, everything. The staff take very good care of the hotel residents."

Nothing to dislike

"We visited in the off season and the resort was very quiet. All the staff were very friendly and we loved all the facilities. We used the gym, had a couples massage, ate in every restaurant and enjoyed watching the waves on the sun loungers. The beds were the comfiest we stayed in and we loved our coconut welcome drinks! We were lucky enough to see a few turtles on our last day! Perfect location for arriving or leaving Samoa with just a $30 tala taxi ride."

We were sad the pool was closed but appreciate we were there in the off season and there was maintenance

"Beautiful view, with exceptional service. The staff is extremely friendly, makes a point of learning your name and providing the personal touch. A bit outside the busy Stone Town area, very close to the airport. Well priced."

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

"Very good location. They have a restaurant so you are covered for food (which is not necessarily easy to find in the island). Very nice diving and very good diving instructor (Amy). Beautiful sunrise in the company of cute property dogs."
