"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

Cold house in general! The room does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room was cold and the air conditioning was not working. There were no basic amenities provided (not to mention a toothbrush or other hygiene items). There was no bathrobe or slippers to use when going to the spa. The spa area was cold. The sauna was only turned on when we arrived at the spa area. The shower was damaged. The minibar/fridge was empty. There was no water or glasses in the room. The wardrobe and clothes hangers were of poor quality.

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

Храната е прекрасна и разнообразна, предложените активности са добавка към чудесния престой. Имахме малък инцидент, който не е е свързан с хотела, но повикаха доктор и се погрижиха за мен. Пиша отзива си след като завърших пътуването си и след това бяхме в 5***** хотел. Вие сте светлинни години напред в обслужването и детайлите, в сравнение с пет звездният хотел от друга верига. "Absolutely fabulous resort in a spectacular location. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Sala, Shadow, and Papu! But really, everyone was great."

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.
