"For me, it was the perfect place. I had my own little flat/bungalow for several days. I asked the staff to get me a few things from the local market and there is a nice supermarket very close by so I could easily get what I needed to cook or for drinks and snacks. There is AC, Wifi, and cable TV. Even though it is not right in the center of town or some of the more popular places, it is just off a main road so very easy to get public transport. It takes just 10 minutes to get to the main hub in town. The value is excellent. So much cheaper than a hotel and with more amenities to be more self-sufficient. The host Sacha is very polite, accommodating, and laid back. His staff is very helpful."

"It’s indeed a home away from home, staffs were so kind and friendly felt like we’ve known each other for years 😊 I didn’t struggle for anything I needed, they were all super helpful, this guesthouse is very clean and neat, no flies, no mosquitoes it’s very safe and handy, electricity is 24hr just so amazing. The owner is in the UK Contact him before you get there he will make everything super easy for you, he is so so kind. My breakfast came pretty early with lots of love and was so delicious, I love love the experience will definitely go again and I highly recommend you will never regret"

"The place is not a 5-star guest house, and I was pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated. The staff were lovely, the rooms were clean, and the facilities were better than some of the hotels I have stayed in across Africa. My bed was even a TV bed — I connected my MP3 player and listened to music through the bed speakers… great experience! The location is excellent, with the airport just a stone’s throw away. The staff even went out to buy takeaway food for me when I requested it, which I really appreciated. I do wish they had WiFi, but I understand they may be keeping their costs down. However, I was given a pre-loaded SIM card to make calls to my family, which was a thoughtful gesture."

"Very spacious apartments, good view to the sea, well furnished including living room and kitchen. Good location, there is an Indian and Chinese groceries stores nearby, the ferry to the airport and money exchange is walkable distance. The staff were super pleasant and helpful. They answered all of our questions, recommended places to go, helped to negotiate prices with taxi drivers, organized taxis, exchanged money. There also a decent restaurant nearby called El Greco"
