"Staff were really helpful and kind, helping us find the Gare Routiere and sending the location of the hotel itself. Ziguinchor is a small town anyway but everything was in walking distance. Very quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for money"

"Fantastic guesthouse just a short 5 minute walk from the Guinea-Bissau embassy for your visa, a supermarket and nearby restaurants. Quiet room and very friendly owner who speaks English and can help you with taxis and buses. Hot water, aircon and the WiFi was strong too. Highly recommend!"

"Decorated nicely, bedside plug, ok WiFi and shower, short walk to anywhere, including big supermarket, nice hosts, very clean, comfortable bed. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Senegal."

"- Welcoming and friendly staff members at the apartment complex. Clean apart from two coackroaches, an anti cockroach spray was there to support getting rid of them. - Max. 5 min walking distance to the beach 😍 Small shops close by, to reach big supermarkets you'd need to take a car. - I needed to work on my computer and therefore used the AC during day and night time. Electricity bill wasn't as bad as I thought after reading some reviews here. Less than 10€ (maybe even less than 5€, can't remember exactly) for 3 days. - WiFi was relatively stable, too. - restaurant which was recommended around the corner served yummy lunches for a good price. - Kitchen very well equipped."

"Everything was neat. The welcoming and communication was perfect. Internet speed is excellent. The house is perfect for one or two persons. The area is quiet and very safe and exceeded my expectation ( coming from a hustle and bustle European city like London is). A note on Somone lagoon area: beware of thieves at Rasta bar ( my friend was stolen of his mobile phone ) . Of course this has nothing to deal with Maison Aziz which is a great place to stay."

"The appartment is modern and well finished, and was clean. There is nothing unnecessary but all you need for a short or longer stay. The location is calm and a short walk from a busier road where you can easily hail a taxi to anywhere. Shops are also nearby."

"It is a charming facility. The property boasts lovely gardens and a very welcoming atmosphere, and a staff that is very accommodating and attentive. We arrived very late because of a flight delay and had asked if some meals could be set aside for us. There were. The staff also arranged our visit to the animal Reserve Park and a car to the Dakar Airport (Blaise Diagne). It is a very relaxing place. We thoroughly enjoyed it."
