"The location of the facility is very good. It is possible to reach the ocean with a 10-minutes walk. Fishermen come to the beach at noon and sell fresh fish and shrimp. Although the weather was very hot during the day, the place we stayed was quite cool. The garden and pool were really nice. We woke up with the sound of birds in the morning. The owner took care of all our problems. The wifi was quite well and the kitchen was fully equipped. We will definitely stay here on our next trip."

"WouroBa is an absolutely fantastic property. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The facilities were great – a pool and a gorgeous lounge area. Our hosts, Veronique and Latif, could not have been more hospitable, really going out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Veronique is an exceptional cook and serves phenomenal breakfasts too! Finally, the area was great for us. Near enough to Fadiouth to visit as a daytrip, and only a short walk to Mbodiene’s lagoon. If you’re interested in birds you will see some incredible species in the garden at WouroBa as well as in the surrounding area."

"Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit sur place, mais l’accueil de Véronique a été tellement chaleureux que nous avons eu l’impression d’y séjourner bien plus longtemps. Accueillante, joviale et taquine (avec Étienne 😂), elle a su créer une ambiance conviviale et détendue, rendant notre passage très agréable. Amoureuse de la verdure, j’ai été plus que servie : le cadre est apaisant, ressourçant et invite vraiment à la détente. La table d’hôte était bonne ce soir-là, un vrai moment de plaisir partagé. Nous avons fait confiance et aucun regret ! Les chambres sont très propres, confortables et bien entretenues. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter."

"Si vous passez par Mbodiene, c est au Wouroba qu il faut séjourner sans hésitation. Un petit coin de paradis où notre hôte Veronique nous a accueillis avec soin et attention. Les cases, implantées autour d une jolie piscine au milieu d un jardin luxuriant, sont très confortables et disposent d une salle de bain privée. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et généreux avec viennoiseries fraîches et confitures délicieuses.. Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir et de rester plus longtemps ."

El pueblo es maravilloso al igual que su gente. Íbamos a estar una noche y al final fueron dos de lo mucho que nos gustó. Muy muy recomendable"

"Beautifully designed and decorated guest house. I enjoyed the breakfast in the garden, a clean room with terrace and a good view and the swimming pool was in perfect condition. The location is good, close to the ocean so the air is always fresh and not too hot. The owner is very attentive and kind. She gave me tips and recommendations."

"The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The location right on the edge of the beach was amazing. Breakfast was lovely and you can eat it under the palm trees. The room was cool and the bed comfortable. The area is quiet unless they're playing their drums and dancing which is a very atmospheric and exciting thing to watch or take part in in the early evening. This is not a luxury hotel but a place to see some of the real Senegal. We'd definitely stay again."

"Emilien and Pauline were wonderful kind hosts! They spent the whole day cycling with us and showing us the lagoon and local areas. They also helped us with recommendations each day, and for our onward journey around Senegal. They went above and beyond as hosts, they deserve 6 stars! ⭐ The space is fantastic - wonderful pool, huge terrace, restaurant and we loved the table football. The food at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was delicious. It was a great space to relax and was very quiet away from the tourist areas."
