"Nice apartment. Clean and the neighbourhood seemed safe. All the amenities worked. The host and staff were readily available. The only issue has nothing to do with the property, the internet says there is a place nearby to get food. The internet is wrong, that place is closed, it.woul be wise to take groceries or food."

Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.

"This property is in a stunning location and perfect for a winter stay. The whole property is phenomenally well equipped and very tasteful. Photos do not do it justice. Be prepared however - you will need a car (or arrange other transport) if you want to go anywhere including a local shop (in Lyngseidat) - we knew this and had organised other transport but do your research!!"

"This villa is large and comfortable. There’s a perfect kitchen with a variety of utensils for cooking. Unfortunately, our time was limited, but we appreciated the amenities and the location close to the ocean."

I thought there would be bikes for us to use however there were only 4 and 1 was a child’s which was too small.

"The owner is kind and helpful. When he heard I am landing in TLV at 3AM he did recommend how to reach his place, looked after trains to Beniamina, proposed that in case of absence of taxi from train station he can fetch me. Flexible on check-in and out times. My payment didn’t went by credit card, so I needed to pay cash. Owner said no problem, can wait until I am back from shopping mall."

The part I wasn’t much happy - it’s moskitos,and I think the owner will fix it (cables in the window living small glitch for insects) soon.

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

The bathroom.. Especially the one upstairs was not functioning and was not functional. It was spoiled and one had to use a bucket of water to flash. The breakfast provided was quite basic and not worth it.
